People without group insurance must buy individual health insurance

As long as you know what is going on and how they work an individual health insurance plan can provide good coverage for you. The one thing you have to watch out for is rising premiums.
The way I have found to deal with this is every year to examine what my options are, to make sure i am still on the most affordable health insurance plan I can find. This can get to be a lot of trouble, to get quotes from different companies, look at the plans to see how they have changed and how that will affect me. So what I do is work with a brokerage, specifically National Insurance Brokers .com (http://www.nationalinsurancebrokers.com). They do all the research for me. They examine a number of different companies, identifying the plans available from each one to present me with my best options. Since I have built a relationship with them, they know what i am looking for and can find me something good relatively quickly.
